The successful candidate should:
Responsibilities:
- Join the Applications Team of Hartmann Global IT
- Analyze business processes
- Translate current processes and best practices into application needs
- Act as internal consultant as well as project manager in a range of upcoming application implementations
- Participate in the applications support after the go-live
Qualifications:
- BSC in Computer Science or BSC in Software Engineering or any related field
- 3 years working experience in a related position
- Background in business applications: ERP, Accounting, Planned Maintenance, Quality, Human resources
Technical:
- 3 Years experience in Project Management and Business Analysis
- Strong knowledge in SQL and report writing
- Experience in Business Analytics (preferably with Power BI)
- Good understanding of modern architectures of business applications
- Practical experience with Ticketing Systems
Competencies:
- Fluency with Microsoft Azure
- Good verbal and written communications skills in English,
- Strong skills to engage and interact with people at all levels
- Ability to collaborate with a multi-cultural team
- Able to adapt and learn new skills
- Project Management experience (considered a strong advantage)
- Knowledge of shipping-related business processes (considered as an advantage)
